TRG Accounting, Assurance and Advisory offers professional services including, but not limited to:

Each service engagement will be governed by a separate Service Agreement detailing scope, fees, and responsibilities.

User Responsibilities

Payment Terms

  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee
  • Service suspension may occur for non-payment beyond 30 days
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated in writing

  • Keep all client data confidential
  • Use information solely for service delivery
  • Sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) upon request

Exceptions include where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authorities.

Data Protection & Privacy

SMS Terms & Conditions
SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from TRG Accounting Services, you may receive messages related to the following appointment dates, funding dates, upcoming bills:

Account notification

Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with our intake specialist via Zoom on [Date] at [Time]. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from TRG Accounting Services at any time."

Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to your [appointments/billing, etc.].
